For the past 80 years Werthan Packaging, Inc. has been manufacturing pet food bags on its nearly 14-acre campus on the northern border of Historic Germantown. The company is moving its operations to a facility in White House, TN, and is in the process of selling this property in Germantown. Owner Tony Werthan and Chad Grout of Chas. Hawkins Company, Inc. will discuss the history of the site and the redevelopment potential of the land.
