The City Lights Tour lets you enjoy the energy and vibe that Nashville's most dynamic neighborhood radiates after dark. This Thursday evening event will be a progressive tour with three residential stops — Encore, Terrazzo and ICON — with incredible views from residential units and amenities areas. Spend an evening in Downtown Nashville. An event you don’t want to miss!

Ticket Information
Ticket Price: $25
You must show your ticket to enter any of the properties on the tour.
The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds.
Tickets may be purchased (cash, check or credit card) on the day of the event (Thursday, April 14), beginning at 6:00 pm at the following location:

Please visit the tour sites in the following order, within the specified time parameters:

6:00 – 7:30 pm Encore, 301 Demonbreun Street

7:00 – 8:30 pm Terrazzo, 700 12th Avenue South

8:00 – 10:00 pm ICON, 600 12th Avenue South
Parking
FREE Parking is available in the Pinnacle at Symphony Place garage, adjacent to Encore Condominiums, and the ICON and Terrazzo parking garages. Paid parking is available at on-street parking spaces and lots within close proximity to the tour locations.
Transportation
In order to get the full city living experience - after touring Encore, hop on the free Music City GREEN Circuit (bus stop directly in front of building) to The Gulch (bus stop at intersection of 11th and 12th Avenue) to continue the tour. The Music City Circuit is a downtown circulator that runs every 15 minutes until 12 midnight.
If you prefer, you may drive to The Gulch after the first tour stop at Encore and park for free in ICON or Terrazzo's parking garages.
$1,000 Closing Costs Incentive: The Nashville Downtown Partnership is pleased to announce that the first five Home Tour attendees to close on a home in downtown (see below for specifications) between April 18, 2011 and December 31, 2011 will be eligible to receive the $1,000 closing costs incentive (funding made possible by tour sponsorships).

The home purchased must be within the downtown boundaries defined by the Nashville Downtown Partnership

The candidate must have purchased a ticket to the 2011 City Lights Tour or the 2011 LIVE IT UP! Downtown Home Tour. The Nashville Downtown Partnership will record the first and last name of anyone purchasing a 2011 ticket to either tour. To receive the $1,000 incentive, eligible candidates must show a valid picture ID that matches a name on the 2011 Nashville Downtown Partnership list of ticket buyers.

The candidate must close on the home before December 31, 2011 and show documentation of closing. Recipients will be selected on a first come first served basis based on when the deed is recorded.

All money awarded will be subject to applicable federal and state taxes and similar charges.

The home purchase must be an arm's length third party sale.

All determination of eligibility and award of incentive shall be made by Nashville Downtown Partnership President and CEO and all such decisions shall be final.
