See downtown history come to life at the Nashville Downtown Partnership's 12th Annual Downtown Home Tour. This year's tour showcases living spaces within older, historic and rehabbed residential buildings. Urban living thrives where the freshness of modernity meets the character of history.
Get an exclusive look at private residences, live/work units, rental units and for sale properties within the city's downtown core. Attendees will visit urban residential communities and also enjoy neighborhood lifestyle amenities including restaurants, retailers and art galleries!

Ticket Price: $10
FREE for persons under 18 years old. You must show your ticket to enter any of the properties on the tour and for free shuttle rides.
Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour (Sunday, April 12) beginning at 12:45 pm at the following location:

The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds.
Self Guided Tour
You may visit tour sites in any order and at your own pace between 1 pm and 6 pm.
Parking and Shuttle Service Info
Complimentary parking provided by SP+ Parking to ticket holders* at the following locations:
*NOTE: pick up a parking validation with your tour ticket purchase to avoid parking charges.
- Additional parking ($5) is available at the Library Garage (entrances on both 6th and 7th Avenues)
- FREE metered parking on Sunday
- The Partnership's Park It! Express bright yellow shuttles will loop the tour route. This limited shuttle service is FREE to ticket holders.
