This home tour showcases distinctive floor plans, trendy lofts, contemporary spaces, unique character, design and style, and the best panoramic views in the city.

This year's tour showcases private residences, rental units and for sale properties along the Church Street corridor (from 2nd to 8th Avenues) and at Encore south of Broadway. Attendees will be able to visit urban residential communities and also enjoy nearby lifestyle amenities including restaurants, retailers and art galleries!

Ticket Information 

Ticket Price: $10

FREE: for persons under 18 years old. You must show your ticket to enter any of the properties on the tour, and for free shuttle rides or free parking at designated lots.

Tickets may be purchased the day of the tour (Sunday, April 22) beginning at 11:45 am at the following locations:

The Arts Company (215 5th Avenue N): cash, check, and credit card ticket sales, WILL CALL for online purchases, and GROUPON voucher redemption.***

Encore Condominiums (301 Demonbreun): cash and check ONLY and GROUPON voucher redemption

***Online ticket buyers can pick up their tickets and tour brochures at this location ONLY. Credit cards accepted at this location ONLY.

The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds.

Self-Guided Tour

You may visit tour sites in any order and at your own pace between noon and 6 pm. Tour attendees will be able to view private residences, homes for-sale, model units and rental units at the following properties on the tour. CLICK HERE to view the full map and handout about the tour.

Parking and Shuttle Service

• FREE metered parking downtown on Sundays.
• FREE parking in the downtown core will be provided to ticket holders by Premier Parking at the 501 Church Street surface lot (next to McKendree Methodist Church).
• If the above lot is full, additional parking will be available at the Library Parking Garage at 151 6th Avenue North (entrances from 6th and 7th Avenues).
• FREE parking is also available at the Premier Parking lot at 230 4th Avenue South directly beside Encore Condominiums. 
• The Partnership's PARK IT! Express shuttles will loop the tour route. This limited shuttle service is FREE to ticket holders.

In Their Own Words: What residents say about living downtown!

$1,000 Closing Costs Incentive: The Nashville Downtown Partnership is pleased to announce that the first five approved applicants that attend this year's home tour and close on a home in downtown (see below for specifications) between April 23, 2012 and December 31, 2012 will be eligible to receive a $1,000 closing costs incentive (funding made possible by tour sponsorships).

• The home purchased must be within the downtown boundaries defined by the Nashville Downtown Partnership

• The candidate must have purchased a ticket to the 2012 LIVE IT UP! Downtown Home Tour presented by Summit Property Management.  The Nashville Downtown Partnership will record the first and last name of anyone purchasing a 2012 ticket to the tour.  To receive the $1,000 incentive, eligible candidates must show a valid picture ID that matches a name on the 2012 Nashville Downtown Partnership list of ticket buyers.

• The candidate must close on the home before December 31, 2012 and show documentation of closing.  Recipients will be selected on a first come first served basis based on when the deed is recorded.

• All money awarded will be subject to applicable federal and state taxes and similar charges.

• The home purchase must be an arm's length third party sale.

• All determination of eligibility and award of incentive shall be made by Nashville Downtown Partnership President and CEO and all such decisions shall be final.
