First Saturday Gallery Crawl

Sat, Apr 5. Various locations. 6 - 9 pm. Free. Art galleries throughout downtown host receptions and art openings on the first Saturday of every month. Most galleries serve free wine and other refreshments. Two free shuttles provide transportation among the galleries from 6 pm to 10 pm. See the shuttle map and gallery listing here. Call for Volunteers!

 

The 5th annual Live it Up! Downtown Home Tour is Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20 from noon to 5 pm. 23 properties will be on display. Over 200 volunteers are needed for this event. If interested in working a three and a half hour shift, please contact Stacy Battles at stacy@civicdesigncenter.org or 248-4280. Volunteer duties include checking tickets and guiding attendees to the units on display. You'll receive a FREE two-day tour ticket and an event t-shirt.
