New Specialty Food Shop - Fleur de Lis Flavors! Fleur de Lis Flavors. Farmers Market - 900 Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. 351-6109. This new merchant sells New Orleans style snowballs (shaved ice), roasted gourmet nuts, chocolates, and more. Hours are Mon - Fri, 10 am - 3 pm and Sat - Sun, 10:30 am - 4 pm.

This live television show taping includes great country music performances. Caitlin & Will, last year's winning duo will perform. CMT's Lance Smith hosts and Naomi Judd serves as a judge.

Taste of Spring features a wine and beer tasting, heavy appetizers, bluegrass music by Off the Wagon and a silent auction. The silent auction includes family passes to Disney World, Predators and Titans autographed memorabilia, art and jewelry from local artists, and much more. A benefit for Prevent Child Abuse Tennessee.
Fri, May 1. LP Field. 6 pm - 6 am. Free, though donations to the American Cancer Society are appreciated. Relay For Life offers the opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of people camp out overnight and take turns walking or running around the track. The night is filled with food, music and fun.
Sat, May 2. Farmers' Market. 900 Rosa L. Parks Boulevard. 880-2001. 11 am - 2 pm. Free. Celebrate Spring at the Nashville Farmers' Market! A festive day of local music, local food and homegrown fun. Beginning at 11 am, and continuing every hour until 2 pm, the Market House's cooking stage will feature chef demonstrations by Jeremy Barlow of Tayst, Julia Helton of Julia Helton catering, Joe Shaw of The Standard Restaurant and Martha Stamps of Martha's at the Plantation. A kid-friendly veggie planting station featuring organic bean or tomato seeds to take home. This celebration will highlight the interior Market House renovations that began in 2007.

Sat, May 2. Terrazzo. 700 12th Avenue South. 256-4805. 5 – 9 pm. Free. Opening reception in three galleries on the 5th floor and new 2-story gallery on the 11th floor. Zeitgeist presents the 4th exhibit in a series of "Art in Open Spaces at Terrazzo." This extensive exhibit features works by twenty-four artists. Exhibit on display through May 31. Stop by on your way to the galleries on 5th and 8th Avenues since this exhibit opens one hour earlier. Free garage parking (Division Street entrance). The Terrazzo is also on the free shuttle route.

Lori Anne Parker, Olga Alexeeva, John Newman, Susan Saruda, and Caroline Allison will host open studios every first Saturday from 6 - 9 pm.
