B&C Market BBQ has "reopened" at The Nashville Farmers' Market B&C Market BBQ. 900 Rosa L. Parks Blvd. 770-0032. The Market House is still under repair, but B&C is now open everyday from 11 am - 1 pm in a tent outside of the Market House. They will offer a limited daily menu always including their delicious pulled pork or chicken.

Thurs, Jun 24. Frist Center for the Visual Arts. 919 Broadway. 244-3340. 6:30 pm. Free. Fashion journalist Libby Callaway and supermodel Karen Elson will host a discussion about modeling internationally and the art of wearing haute couture.
Arts & Flowers Benefit for the ALIAS Chamber Ensemble Fri, Jun 25. Terrazzo in The Gulch. 700 12th Avenue S. 6-9 pm. $35 in advance, $45 at the door. Art and floral exhibits, fine food and wine, and live music by ALIAS. Local artists and floral designers will participate in a competition culminating with awards for "Best of Show" and "People's Choice." Proceeds from this event benefit the ALIAS Chamber Ensemble. Complimentary parking.
Fri, Jun 25. Frist Center for the Visual Arts. 919 Broadway. 244-3340. 6-9 pm. The popular summer concert series continues this Friday! Anthony David will perform in the courtyard. Light appetizers are provided and there is a cash bar. No admission charge for members, and non-members pay $10.00. Admission includes entrance to the current exhibits including Chihuly at the Frist and The Golden Age of Couture. The Frist Friday concert series continues on July 30.
Flood Relief Benefit at Riverfront Tavern Sat, Jun 26. Riverfront Tavern. 101 Church Street. 252-4849. 3 pm - 3 am. $20 donation suggested. Admission to this cookout and benefit party includes hamburgers, hot dogs, and other food, a Riverfront Tavern t-shirt, and a pint of Sweetwater Beer. Silent auction and live music by Rick Trace at 8 pm. All money raised through donations and the silent auction will go to benefit residents of Market Street Apartments, a downtown apartment building that was damaged by the flood.
Nashville Symphony: Regions Free Community Concert Wed, Jun 30. Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. 600 James Robertson Parkway. 8 pm. Free. Pack a picnic dinner, bring friends and family and celebrate summertime with a great evening of music by the Nashville Symphony.

Music City Star on July 4th
Roundtrip tickets are available for $10/person (children 4 and under ride free) on the Music City Star for the July 4th festivities in Riverfront Park! Click here to purchase tickets online. Tickets may also be purchased via phone at 862-5925. Please note, tickets must be purchased by noon on Sunday, June 26.
