Exchange canned goods and other foods for overdue fines at Nashville Public Library (615 Church Street). Library cardholders will get $1 in fines waived for each item contributed. Especially needed are peanut butter, canned meats, canned vegetables and fruit, macaroni and cheese, rice, and pasta. Benefits Second Harvest Food Bank. The library will accept canned goods through November 24.
H1N1 Vaccines The walk-in clinic at 3rd & Church Healthcare (301 Church Street, 255-7902) has a limited supply of the H1N1 vaccine. $10. It is advised to call to make sure the vaccine is still available.

Titans Parking Options
If you are attending Sunday's Titans game vs. the Buffalo Bills, there are a number of great parking and commute options. Parking is only $10 in the Metro Courthouse Garage located just across the Woodland Street Bridge. Our interactive downtown parking map provides Titans game-day rates. Other options are the Wildhorse Saloon's round-trip shuttle service for $6 and the Music City Star is an option. |
