Between 2003 and 2008, the Partnership completed five business census-surveys and used the findings in planning budgets and programs for the next year. The 2009, 2010, and 2011 downtown employee online surveys tracked many of those same issues and added some new questions (e.g., awareness of public space initiatives, websites and social media, and employee usage of downtown outside work). These employee survey responses are for each individual, while responders on the earlier business census-surveys answered for their entire company.
