Events This Week

The Addams Family

TUESDAY, JANUARY 3 - SUNDAY, JANUARY 8, PERFORMANCE TIMES VARY
LOCATION: TPAC - TENNESSEE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER $28 - $70

The weird and wonderful family comes to life in The Addams Family. This magnificently macabre new musical comedy is a story about young love. It's every parent's nightmare. Your little girl has suddenly become a young woman, and what's worse, has fallen deliriously in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family. Yes, Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has a "normal" boyfriend, and for parents Gomez and Morticia, this shocking development will turn the Addams house downside up.

Violinist Tianwa Yang wowed audiences the last time she appeared with Nashville Symphony. Only in her mid-20s, she has already earned a reputation as a master of the violin repertoire, and she returns to perform French composer Edouard Lalo’s lively Symphonie Espagnole.
