A Lenten supper of red beans and rice at 6 pm. Worship with Holy Communion and the Imposition of Ashes at 7 pm. Supper is free. Nursery provided from 6:45 pm - 8:15 pm.


The Art of Yazoo Brewery

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 6 PM - 8 PM
LOCATION: WAR MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM $30

Nashville has long been known as Music City, but since 2003 it is also known as the home of Yazoo Brewery. Learn about the art of making beer, the inspiration behind each unique flavor, and enjoy tastings. The tasting will be led by Yazoo Brew Master and founder Linus Hall.


Music City Soul Series: Ladies of Soul

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 7 PM
LOCATION: JAZZ AND JOKES LOUNGE $15 IN ADVANCE; $20 AT THE DOOR

In celebration of Black History Month, the Music City Soul Series offers the best in soul, jazz, and R&B every Thursday night in February. Performers during this final show of the series include Kim Fleming, Lo Carter, and April Rucker. Joe Johnson will open the show.

The Tennessee Repertory Theatre’s REPaloud (“Reading Excellent Plays” aloud) series features contemporary, award-winning dramas in a staged reading format. Red paints the vivid picture of master Abstract Expressionist Mark Rothko who has just landed the biggest commission in the history of modern art, a series of murals for New York's famed Four Seasons Restaurant. This program has been developed in conjunction with To See as Artists See: American Art from The Phillips Collection, which includes a painting by Mark Rothko. This event is free, but please call 615-244-4878 to make a reservation. Also, Saturday is a Regions FREE day at the Frist. Enjoy free admission from 10 am to 5:30 pm!


Shen Yun Performing Arts

Shen Yun features classical Chinese dance and music inspired by the myths, legends, and divine beauty of 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture. Stunning costumes, brilliant choreography and state-of-the-art dynamic backdrops, all complemented by a live orchestra combining Chinese and Western instruments.

Park Cheap with BEEP!

During Bridgestone Arena events, park FREE at LP Field Lot R. Optional round-trip shuttle service is $3 per person with a convenient drop-off point near the arena.
