Buddy Guy is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and has been a major influence on rock icons like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan. He was a pioneer of Chicago’s fabled West Side sound and has earned numerous awards over his storied career. Rolling Stone magazine ranks him in the top 25 of its "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time." He will be joined by Robert Randolph & The Family Band.

February marks the 50th anniversary of the British Invasion, and the Nashville Symphony is celebrating with a tribute to The Beatles. The four musicians in Classical Mystery Tour will perform 30 Beatles songs exactly as they were written. Hear “Penny Lane” with a live trumpet section, “Yesterday” with an acoustic guitar and string quartet, and “A Day in the Life” with a full symphony orchestra.

Grab your spoon for the 21st annual Our Kids Soup Sunday. This grand tasting event features delicious soups from more than 50 local restaurants. Plus, children's activities, a silent auction and celebrity judges. Judges include ABC "Nashville" stars Charles Esten (Deacon Claybourne) and Eric Close (Mayor Teddy Conrad), Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts and Vanderbilt Offensive Coach Herb Hand. The event will be held inside LP Field's Club Level West. Parking is free.
Join Downtown Presbyterian Church for its inaugural Benevolence Bazaar. Meet with more than 10 local nonprofits that seek to end the cycle of homelessness and learn how to get involved. The event includes food, prizes, entertainment and fellowship.
The Nashville Jazz Workshop, in collaboration with the Frist Center, presents the eighth season of the popular jazz performance and education series, Jazz on the Move. Each installment includes a lecture and performance highlighting a major figure or period in jazz history. This installment features music of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers presented by Marcus Finnie. Blakey was a Grammy Award-winning jazz drummer and bandleader whose work continues to inspire generations of young jazz musicians today.
A benefit for Billy Block, the popular musician, host and artist advocate who has been a staple in Nashville's music scene for nearly 20 years. All proceeds will be donated to The Billy Block Fund to provide financial support for Block's fight against cancer. Performers include Eric Heatherly, Sixwire, The House, Chasin' Crazy and more.
