New restaurant: Chauhan Ale & Masala House!
123 12th Avenue North. 615-779-3770. Chauhan Ale & Masala House features traditional Indian cuisine with a Southern twist to create a unique, modern dining experience. Plus, the restaurant serves its own Indian spice-infused microbrews, a wine and spirits list that covers all regions of the world and specialty cocktails. Hours of operation are Monday - Sunday, 5 pm - 11 pm.


New retail store: Batch!
Nashville Farmers' Market. 900 Rosa L Parks Boulevard. 615-913-3912. Batch began as an online subscription service, mailing monthly gift boxes filled with hand-selected local goods. Now from their physical location inside the Nashville Farmers' Market, you can purchase artisanal products, select from specially curated and thematic box selections, or build your own Batch box. Hours of operation are Sunday - Monday, 11 am - 1 pm, Tuesday - Friday, 10 am - 2 pm and Saturday, 10 am - 3 pm.

Cinderella

Don't miss Wishing Chair Productions' rendition of the classic tale of "Cinderella." The puppet troupe puts its own spin on this timeless story with the use of handmade marionettes along with original music. This free, 30-minute show is presented every Friday and Saturday morning until Christmas, with the exception of Friday, November 28. Nashville International Auto Show

LOCATION: MUSIC CITY CENTER $9 ADULTS; $5 CHILDREN 7-10; 6 & UNDER FREE

The Nashville International Auto Show will feature more than 250 of the latest cars, trucks, crossovers and more. Whether a car buff, just browsing or in the market for a new vehicle, showgoers are invited to check out the newest rides, experience the latest in-car technology and even test drive several new models on site. Plus, Sunday, November 23 is Family Day: children 12 and under are free when accompanied by one paying adult.

 

Night Market: A Taste of Thanksgiving

 

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 5 PM - 8:30 PM
LOCATION: NASHVILLE FARMERS' MARKET FREE

Due to popular demand, Night Market at the Nashville Farmers' Market will continue into November and December! Enjoy shopping, wine from the cash bar, live music, artisan booths, kids' activities and much more at this event held on the third Friday of the month. Market House restaurants and shops will be open. Vendors in the farm sheds will sell local produce, meat, cheese, plants and more. This event will feature a Thanksgiving theme.

 

Shakin' the Shack

Enjoy Party Fowl's weekly concert series, Shakin' the Shack, presented every Wednesday evening from 5 pm - 8 pm. Country artist Grant Fisher hosts a changing lineup of various artists, songwriters and special guests each week. Plus, happy hour specials until 7 pm.
