The store offers specialty wines, cutting-edge spirits and a variety of local craft beers. Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 10 am - 9 pm and Friday - Saturday, 10 am - 10 pm.

Holiday Concerts: Bicinium & The Providence Consort

 

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11 AND TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM
LOCATION: NASHVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY FREE

The Nashville Public Library will present two holiday concerts this week in the courtyard gallery. Recorder duo Bicinium, playing recorders ranging from the sopranino to the great bass, will perform on Thursday, December 11. Their performance will include a variety songs including "The Holly and the Ivy" and "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer." The Providence Consort, a recorder trio accompanied by keyboard, will showcase a mix of classical and contemporary pieces such as Rutter's "Candlelight Carol" and "Greensleeves" on Tuesday, December 16.

 

Marvel Universe Live!

Tour & Concert: Legendary Holiday at Historic RCA Studio B

The music of Historic RCA Studio B comes to life in a special holiday tour and concert by guitarist Meagan Taylor, great-niece of Chet Atkins, and pianist Jason Coleman, grandson of Floyd Cramer. In the very studio where Country Music Hall of Fame members Atkins and Cramer popularized the "Nashville Sound" more than 50 years ago, Taylor and Coleman will perform Christmas classics as well as timeless songs originally recorded in the studio. Call 615-416-2001 or click here to purchase tickets.

 

Collectors Art Night

 

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 5:30 PM - 8 PM
LOCATION: 5TH AVENUE OF THE ARTS FREE

Art talks on the 5th Avenue of the Arts hosted by Paul Polycarpou, editor of Nashville Arts Magazine. Cocktails will be served at 5:30 pm. At 6 pm, Tinney Contemporary will host Nashville-based photographer Carla Ciuffo as she discusses her new exhibit, "Stasis: Heavenly Bodies." Plus, jewelry for sale by local designer Alizah Greenberg. At 6:45 pm, The Rymer Gallery will present artists who contributed to its current exhibit celebrating the 100th First Saturday Art Crawl. The Arts Company will complete the evening at 7:30 pm with Mandy Rogers Horton as she sheds light on her "Patchwork and Frankenstein" exhibit. Plus, an art-filled preview and champagne reception for the 18th annual Holiday Arts Market. This event is free, but registration is required. Click here to RSVP. Parents' Night Out

Music City Christmas Run

 

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, REGISTRATION: 7 AM; RUN/WALK BEGINS: 8 AM
LOCATION: PUBLIC SQUARE $35

The annual Music City Christmas Run is a non-competitive 5K run/walk. Participants are encouraged to showcase their best holiday attire. Proceeds benefit Prevent Child Abuse Tennessee. Please note: road closures associated with this event. Union Street (3rd Avenue North to 1st Avenue North) will be closed from 5 am to 11 am on Saturday, December 13. The remainder of the roads along the course will close as early as 8 am until as late as 9:30 am.

 

150th Anniversary of the Battle of Nashville

 

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 10 AM

Eleven Civil War historic sites in the Nashville area will host living history demonstrations with Confederate and Union reenactors and cannon firings on Saturday, December 13. Several locations will present special exhibits and events to mark the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Nashville. Downtown locations include the Bicentennial MallTennessee State Library and Archives, and Tennessee State Museum. Six sites will offer free admission, including all downtown locations. Breakfast with Santa

LOCATION: NASHVILLE FARMERS' MARKET FREE TO ATTEND

Join the Nashville Farmers' Market for its Breakfast with Santa event. Riffs Fine Street Food will be on site cooking up special kid-friendly breakfast options along with NFM favorites Music City Crepes, Farmers' Market Deli & Grill and El Burrito Mexicano. Santa will greet the breakfast crowd until 11 am and be available for photos until 1 pm.

 

Holiday Celebration

Tennessee Brew Works is celebrating the holiday season as well as the one year anniversary of its tap room's grand opening on Saturday, December 13.
