113 2nd Avenue North. 615-942-8080. This restaurant serves pizza, sandwiches, salad, hot chicken and other specialty items. Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 11 am - midnight and Friday - Saturday, 11 am - 2 am.

100 Miles with the Mayor Finale

FRIDAY, MAY 22, NOON
LOCATION: PUBLIC SQUARE FREE

Mayor Karl Dean's 100 Miles with the Mayor, a community-wide campaign to walk, bike and paddle 100 miles over the span of three weeks during May, wraps up Friday, May 22 with the Downtown Bridges Walk at noon (three miles; start and end at Public Square). The route will showcase some of Nashville's most iconic bridges and will take participants into LP Field entering the field just like the Tennessee Titans do on game day! All participants will walk through the stadium tunnel and under the Titans inflatable helmet, cheered along by the Titans cheerleaders and mascot T-Rac. The event is open to all fitness levels and ages.

 

Heaven Sent Children Adoption Benefit

 

FRIDAY, MAY 22, 8:30 PM

Heaven Sent Children Adoption was established to provide the promotion of healthy adoptive family life through education, resources, counseling, advocacy and support services. This special benefit show will feature musical performances by The Henningsens, Janelle Arthur and Cherish The Blue.

 

The Color Run

 

SATURDAY, MAY 23, 5K BEGINS: 9 AM
LOCATION: BICENTENNIAL MALL $55

The Color Run is a feel-good, happy and colorful race. Color runners go from wearing pristine white clothing to being covered in prismatic color. The Color Run celebrates healthiness, happiness and individuality and brings the community together to create a five-kilometer canvas of colorful fun. Please note: road closures associated with this event. The Gay Street Connector, 2nd Avenue (Church to Broadway), Broadway (2nd Avenue to 8th Avenue), 8th Avenue (Broadway to Church), Church (8th Avenue North to 9th Avenue North), Rosa L Parks Boulevard (Church to James Robertson Parkway) and surrounding Bicentennial Mall roads will be closed from as early as 7 am until as late as 2 pm on Saturday, May 23. Ronnie Reno & The Reno Tradition

Ronnie Reno & The Reno Tradition will perform at the legendary Station Inn on Saturday, May 23. Reno is the host of the longstanding TV show, "Reno’s Old Time Music," and a multi-IBMA award-winning artist with 60 years in the business. This rare show will feature songs from Reno's new album, "Lessons Learned," plus a few classics.

Direct from Broadway comes "Newsies," the smash-hit, crowd-pleasing new musical from Disney. Nashville Brew Dogs Viewing Party

 

WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 5 PM - 10 PM
LOCATION: TENNESSEE BREW WORKS FREE

Join Tennessee Brew Works for the viewing of the "Brew Dogs" episode that was filmed right here in Nashville. The episode celebrates the local beer scene. They'll be celebrating with fellow collaborator Jeff Senn Guitars and local Tennessee brewery friends who were also highlighted in the episode, including Blackstone Brewing Company, The Black Abbey Brewing Company, Fat Bottom Brewing, Jackalope Brewing Company and Yazoo Brewing Company and Taproom. The event will feature beer from each of these breweries on tap. Plus, live music from 6 pm - 8 pm.

 

World Multiple Sclerosis Day Benefit Show with The Weeks

Unruly Factions presents the World Multiple Sclerosis Day Benefit Show. The event raises awareness and funds for Multiple Sclerosis and the National MS Society. Featuring live performances, local vendors and more! The Weeks, Omega Swan, Dogs of Oz and more will perform.
