2017 Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 3 - SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 5, FRIDAY & SATURDAY: 10 AM - 7 PM; SUNDAY: 11 AM - 4 PM
LOCATION: MUSIC CITY CENTER $25 ADULTS; $15 SENIORS, ACTIVE MILITARY & STUDENTS; AGES 12 & UNDER FREE

Celebrating its 27th year, The Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville brings together nationally and internationally renowned experts and exhibitors in the fields of antiques, decorative arts and landscape design. The show is the largest of its kind in the country, offering more than 150 antique stations, horticultural booths and landscaped gardens. This year's keynote speaker is American interior designer, author and television personality Nate Berkus. Barre3 Celebrates National Wear Red Day

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 3, CLASSES BEGIN AT 7 AM
LOCATION: BARRE3

Join Barre3 for a heart-healthy start to February! Wear red workout gear to class on Friday, February 3, National Wear Red Day, and be entered to win three months of unlimited Barre3 classes. All doctors, nurses and healthcare practitioners can take classes for free National Wear Red Day (medical ID required). Plus, Barre3 will host a health workshop on Ayurveda medicine beginning at 11 am (advance sign up suggested in-studio or by phone). On Saturday, February 4 and Sunday, February 5, Barre3 will offer one-on-one nutritional guidance.

 

Nashville Ballet presents The Singing Tortoise

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 10:30 AM
LOCATION: NASHVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY FREE

Nashville Ballet will present a free family ballet, "The Singing Tortoise," at Nashville Public Library on Saturday, February 4. In this West African folk tale, a hunter named Ama meets a magical singing tortoise in the forest. He promises not to tell anyone about the tortoise’s talent, but breaks his word and must face the consequences.

 

First Saturday Art Crawl

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 6 PM - 9 PM
LOCATION: 5TH AVENUE OF THE ARTS FREE

Art galleries throughout downtown host receptions and art openings every month. Most galleries serve free wine and other refreshments. Two Gray Line Art Crawl Downtown Trolleys will provide complimentary shuttle service along the route from 6 pm - 10 pm. Please note: road closure associated with this event. The southbound lane on 5th Avenue North (Church Street to Union Street) will be closed beginning as early as 5 pm and ending as late as 9 pm on Saturday, February 4. Nashville Predators Music Row Preservation Night

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, DOORS OPEN: 5:30 PM; GAME BEGINS: 7 PM
LOCATION: BRIDGESTONE ARENA $34+

Take advantage of a discounted ticket offer for the Nashville Predators vs. Vancouver Canucks game on Tuesday, February 7 and $5 from every ticket sold will help support Music Row Preservation. Every attendee that purchases a ticket will receive a commemorative "Music Row Junkie" T-shirt. There will be live music from up-and-coming artists throughout the concourse and giveaways including CDs, autographed merchandise and more.
