Join City Winery for a fun, casual and informative series of tastings and gatherings throughout the summer! Relax on the patio with one of its sommeliers as you’re guided through wines you can continue enjoying past the summer. Wednesday, July 12's session is all about dry rosé. Back in the early 1980s, a new style of wine was created from excess grapes in California: white zinfandel. That wine categorically assassinated the character of traditional pink wine: dry rosé. Find out how crisp, refreshing, delicious and affordable classic rosé wines can be.
"State of the Art" celebrates the quality and diversity of contemporary art created across the United States, both in major art centers and smaller cities and communities across the country. Join Mark Scala, Frist Center curator, to tour this astonishing collection of works, in mediums ranging from paint and canvas to video.
