Taste of Goo Goo Classes

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1 AND FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2; 2 PM & 4:30 PM

Make all your chocolate dreams come true by joining Goo Goo for a fun and insightful evening at the Goo Goo Shop & Dessert Bar. In the “Taste of Goo Goo” class, you’ll concept and create your very own custom Goo Goo and learn a secret recipe from the Dessert Bar and make a decadent treat to take home with you. Mysterious Ruins on the Water: Stories of Tunnels and other Curiosities

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, NOON - 1 PM
LOCATION: THE BRIDGE BUILDING FREE

Tony Gonzalez, a reporter with Nashville Public Radio, will recount stories of the city's sewer and stormwater tunnels, as well as Lock One Park. He'll share audio, images, and research that he gathered as part of the radio station's "Curious Nashville" question-and-answer series.

 

2018 Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2 - SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 4, FRIDAY & SATURDAY: 10AM - 7PM, SUNDAY: 11AM - 4PM
LOCATION: MUSIC CITY CENTER $25 ADULTS; $15 SENIORS, ACTIVE MILITARY & STUDENTS; AGES 12 & UNDER FREE

The 28th Annual Antiques and Garden Show of Nashville will take place at the Music City Center February 2 - 4. Featuring more than 15,000 attendees and over 150 fine antiques and horticultural dealers from across the country, the show is the biggest of its kind in the United States. Proceeds from the show will benefit Cheekwood and ECON charities. This year's keynote speaker will be Charles, 9th Earl Spencer—brother of Diana, Princess of Wales and godson of Her Majesty the Queen. Festivities will include landscaped gardens, expert lectures, antique shopping, bites, drinks, music and parties.

 

Bell's Brewery Hip Hopslam

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 10 AM - 3 PM
LOCATION: CITY TAP NASHVILLE

City Tap Nashville is hosting a special brunch in celebration of the 2018 arrival of Bell’s Brewery’s Hopslam Ale. From 10 am - 3 pm, join City Tap for $8 Hopslam Ales as well as an array of other Bell's drafts for $6 to $8, and flights for $12 to $15. First Saturday Art Crawl
