Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Assembly Food Hall with FREE live Latin music, specialty margaritas, and delicious Mexican street fare.
Head to our South Hall Stage for a special live performance by Rahsaan Barber’s Latin Quartet from 7pm – 9pm with Melvin Macias, Giovanni Rodriguez and Manuel “Manotas” Ramirez.
Did someone say NACHOS? Grab authentic Mexican food favorites from Chilangos Tacos inside Assembly Food Hall on Level 2. They’ll be serving up drool-worthy favorites like birria tacos, caramel-stuffed churros and their specialty nachos covered with melty queso, shredded Monterey cheese, fresh pico, sour cream, tangy guacamole salsa and your choice of protein.
This year, we’re going margarita loco with not one but TWO specialty margaritas at our bars. Go big with a premium shot of Herradura Reposado tequila or a round of Coronas to share with friends.
