In this class, walk through some of Italy's finest recipes. You'll be hands-on involved the whole way through. Bring your favorite Italian wine and an adventurous appetite. Or, purchase your wine at the studio. The menu for this class will include Caesar salad, homemade tagliatelle with bolognese, Italian carpaccio salad and Italian cheeses.
