That's why the Nashville Farmers' Market is partnering with Team Green Adventures and Bliss Holistic Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Amber Robertson, on the third Wednesday of each month to discuss seasonality topics and tasteful new recipes! Each cooking demonstration will feature locally sourced ingredients that you can also find at the Nashville Farmers' Market. This month's topic is anti-inflammatory foods. We’ve all heard that inflammation is at the root of many chronic diseases, but what exactly is it? And what can we do to prevent it? In this workshop you’ll learn about what causes inflammation and the role food can play in reducing it so that you feel your best.
