Though they’ve been around for thousands of years, skin-contact or “orange wines” are seeing a modern-day resurgence, finding a spot on many wine lists embracing its growth in popularity. Producers are reviving this ancient and sustainable vinification process of fermenting white grapes with their skins, all with little to no additives or human intervention. Explore and taste the deep, full-bodied world of skin-contact wines.

Guided by the passionate wine team of Yolan led by wine expert Cathy Mantuano, this tasting is part of Yolan’s monthly wine and spirits series exploring the incredible regions of Italy and beyond.
